JAKARTA, Indonesia (May 21, 2013) – Sailors tend to lines on the forecastle of the forward-deployed amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga (LSD 46) as the ship pulls into Jakarta Harbor for a port visit, marking the beginning of exercise Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) 2013.
